Challenge Every Player
I believe in challenging players to reach their highest potential. Growth comes from being willing to work, learn, embrace challenges, and push beyond what you believe you are capable of achieving.
Compete Always
We compete at all times. Practice is not simply preparation for competition—it is competition. Players are expected to bring energy, focus, and a competitive mindset every day because the habits developed in practice determine how we perform when it matters most.
Train from Part to Whole
Player development follows a part-to-whole approach. We first build strong individual skills and fundamentals, then connect those skills to game situations and our team systems.
Embrace Accountability
Players are expected to take ownership of their effort, attitude, actions, and responsibilities both on and off the court. Each player should represent herself or himself, the team, the coaching staff, the school, and the community with pride and character.
Put the Team First
We value team accomplishments above individual recognition. Individual achievements are meaningful, but team growth, shared experiences, and collective success are what ultimately define our program.
Love the Game
I want players to develop a genuine love for volleyball. My goal is not only to develop better athletes, but also to help shape confident, accountable, and resilient young people who will carry the lessons of the game with them long after their playing careers are over.
